DIGITAL MEDIA AND WEB DESIGN

In this course, students will create a digital portfolio consisting of audio, photographs and short animations/video. Students will learn the vocabulary of each medium and study the critical characteristics of the work of professionals in each field. By working with these digital media, students will learn how to critique new forms of media, becoming more effective citizens in our digital world. Final projects will consist of each student’s best work in a digital environment that will explore the intersection of audio, photography and video on the Internet.
